  This apartment community is one of the best in downtown, offering excellent amenities and a consistently great living experience. What truly distinguishes it, however, is the outstanding property management team. During my transition to a different unit within the building, the leasing office was incredibly supportive and responsive—especially Diana. She was patient, accommodating, and always available, ensuring every question and request was handled quickly and professionally. Her kindness and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for not just a great apartment, but a management team that genuinely cares.

  Excellent experience thanks to an amazing leasing team I’ve had a great experience at 365 Nicollet, and a big part of that is the leasing team. Madi, the leasing specialist, is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help—she truly makes the process smooth and stress-free. Diane, the leasing manager, is just as wonderful: professional, approachable, and clearly invested in making sure tenants feel supported. The building itself is clean, well maintained, and in a perfect downtown location, but it’s the people that really make the difference here. I genuinely appreciate the care and attention from this team and would highly recommend 365 Nicollet to anyone looking for space downtown.

  I toured 365 Nicollet yesterday with Maddie and immediately noticed the care and thoughtfulness reflected by the staff. It’s clear that each team member goes the extra mile, and that level of intention makes a real difference. I applied right away. A management team that genuinely values people is what really crosses the threshold and fosters into strong, respectful community in Minneapolis, and that’s exactly what stood out to me here. ♥️

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had such a wonderful experience with the team at 365 Nicollet. The leasing team has been exceptional. Madi in particular has been amazing and helped me do a long distance move without seeing the property until my move in date. She is kind, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. Every interaction with her has been easy, thoughtful, and supportive. Dianna has also been fantastic and a pleasure to work with and a big help with my move in day. Huge thanks as well to Drew and the maintenance team, they’re efficient, communicative, and always handle requests quickly and thoughtfully. And finally, the doormen and doorwomen deserve a special shout out. Everyone at the front desk is consistently welcoming, friendly, and makes the building feel like home. It’s rare to find an apartment building where every team from leasing to maintenance to front desk is this consistently great. This community is very special and I have lived all around the country!! Highly recommend!

However, what really sets it apart is the exceptional property management team. From the very beginning of my apartment search, the leasing office was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, especially Madi. She was consistently available, accommodating, and patient, showing multiple apartments and responding promptly to every question and request. Her professionalism and kindness made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for not just a great apartment, but one of the best property management teams you’ll find.
