Absolutely first class Gold star experience securing and going through the leasing process at 365 Nicollet… Diana DT was an absolute rockstar from the moment I met her for my tour all the way through moving in… Her follow up and professionalism sets the bar. Diana and the entire team at 365 made what could’ve otherwise been a very hectic moment, seamless and easy. Two resounding thumbs up!!

Had a great experience viewing my new home her at 365 with Diana, she was easy going, a dedicated to meeting my every needs… this place has a lot of cool amenities along with great views!!! Looking for to moving here the team has made this experience really nice and the tour was phenomenal ✌️
We have been residents since 2021, and we’ve found that the longer we stay, the better the experience becomes. Often, apartment amenities can grow stale; what starts as exceptional eventually becomes mundane or overlooked. We have experienced the exact opposite here. Everything—from the state-of-the-art gym and golf simulator to the consistently pristine common areas—remains top-tier.
A major highlight for us is the central location; there is so much to do nearby, yet I have never felt unsafe within the building premises.
The staff has remained diligent and approachable throughout our residency. Even when dealing with issues outside of their immediate control, they prioritize transparency and honest communication with residents. Having on-site management is a significant advantage. In a fast-paced world, finding that level of human connection and care is rare, and it’s exactly what we were looking for.

😍 During the time I lived here, the staff was truly exceptional. I especially want to highlight the women in the management office, who were always kind, empathetic, professional, and willing to help with anything. The security and front desk teams were also incredible—attentive, respectful, and genuinely concerned about residents’ well-being.
The facilities themselves are beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. I truly loved the place, and it was very unfortunate that we were only able to enjoy it for a short time.
😞 Unfortunately, I experienced a very serious incident with someone who behaved in a racist manner and insulted me aggressively inside the complex. Management informed me that this person was not a resident but a contractor, and I want to recognize that they acted immediately and terminated the services this individual was providing.
I sincerely appreciate how the building handled the situation. However, the incident was extremely distressing for my family and me, and for safety reasons we ultimately decided to move out. It is a shame, because the people who work here truly deserve recognition.
365 is a really special place, and that’s because of the people behind it.
A+ Property for sure and an A+ team ensures it's handled with care and intention, and you can feel it. There’s a steadiness and thoughtfulness to how the building is run that makes it feel less like a property and more like a home. The building sold last summer and at first there seemed to be a decline but this crew turned it around!
Josh, the Property Manager, leads with genuine hospitality. He treats this place like it’s our home, not just a building he manages. He shows up, listens, follows through, and sets a tone of respect and care that ripples through everything. And I challenge anyone & everyone to find a PM in DT Mpls who has his integrity and intellect for this business.
Diana, Madi, and Jordan- well they bring real heart to the day-to-day. They consistently go the extra mile, not because they have to, but because they care. Because of who they genuinely are, and they should be listed as one of the amenities on the website. Every interaction feels human, warm, and easy. And they’re wonderful with all residents — including the furry, four-legged ones — which says a lot.
Great Maintenance Team. Great building. Great amenities. A place that’s clearly cared for- 365 is an easy place to feel at home!
In response to those low-star reviews... FYI- The building sold last summer and for those of you who read the (*coughs* dim) reviews... I am a proud current resident and I chose to stay when my lease renewal arrived due to this 365 Team and how they handled the bumps in the transition. Josh, the NEW Property Manager, and others arrived AFTER the initial team struggled/departed in the transition. In fact, I recall Josh's wise & wonderful words on the Monday after he started when he kindly invited me into his office to hear of my concerns- regarding the areas of opportunity: "If you can see it, I can see it. And if I can see it- it matters. And if I can't see it and you tell me, it still matters." He's made good on his word (and we have a solid security team in place now btw). Josh and the team- corporate character in a rare way. Plus, the staff has really worked to nurture a stronger sense of community with monthly events- beyond just a pool party ;) and I look forward to watching the reviews & stars come in (and hope the low-star folks move out & on)!
