  We are still waiting for someone to come to repair the electric stove and oven – it's the fifth day without the ability to cook food at home. And the apartment gets cold when the outdoor temperature drops.

  Had a tour with Caleb. He did a great job showing me around the property and was very thorough. He answered all my questions. Nice little property with nice apartment layouts.

  The price is not justified for the quality of the space. We were without consistent access to hot water from 11/27/24 - 12/8/24, this was followed by a period without heat, the electric is bad, was without power for a day after the fuse box blue and sparks were emitted. The apartment looked good upon move in, but has not stood the test of time (about 6 months) windows are molding, bathtub is peeling. About 30 days after moving in things just began falling apart and it’s been problem after problem. John our interim building manager had been responsive and I feel bad he’s been put in a situation to try and manage a building that is falling apart and full of frustrated residents. Will not be renewing and do not recommend.

  I lived here for six months, and while the first four were great, the last two were disappointing. The complex is in one of the safest and most convenient neighborhoods in the metro area, with plenty of shops, parks, an amphitheater, and a lake nearby. However, things took a turn when the property was bought out by a larger company after my fourth month. The complex was initially advertised as smoke-free, but that policy seemed to disappear, and new tenants who smoked made the place smell unpleasant. In the last two months, there were multiple tenant altercations, some severe enough that I had to call the police. Additionally, the walls and floors are so thin that everyday activities like cooking or walking can lead to noise complaints from neighbors. While the large parking lot is a plus since there's no need to pay for a spot or pass, it's also a drawback. Local residents treat it as a public parking area, and it's not uncommon to deal with loud, drunk people wandering the lot at night, disrupting your peace. All this along with the steep price increase in rent were plenty of reasons for me to look for housing elsewhere. In summary, the location is amazing and feels safe, but the apartment complex itself has significant issues that make it hard to recommend.
