  Worst ever!! Won’t let homeowners speak at meetings. Complaints are replied to with a generic “we’ve passed along your concerns” and then NOTHING is done!! I wouldn’t hire this company to manage a treehouse.

  Do NOT hire Cities! 1. they never answer the phone or return messages. 2. They expect all homeowners to rely 100% on their web-site which is very unreliable and never updated with your Association information.3. Managers cannot be reached directly and do not respond in a timely manner. 4. Maintenance requests go un fulfilled, for months. Trying to reach Cities for anything is like a black hole to nowhere.

  Horrible Experience with this HOA, since we moved in 5 years ago our fees have more than doubled yet I think they maybe plowed twice this winter?! We literally just gave up and started shoveling our own driveway!! On top of that we had an extra assessment done that I don’t even remember voting on or getting paperwork on… no idea what was done because nothing ever was…then asked to pay an additional amount we couldn’t afford on top of the increased HOA fee. So we paid what we could and the rest was sent to collections where they are now making us pay way more and pay other attorneys fees. All they care about is money, yet they do nothing…I still have no clue what the extra payment was for! Our association doesn’t even have a pool or park..so why do our fees keep increasing. They couldn’t even come remove bees that were in our siding and told us that’s our responsibility!! Unreal.

  The incompetence of Cities management regarding our HOA has been astounding. Our association recently sent out a special assessment fee for $6,500 dollars. The letter was sent out mid March with a due date of April 30th. How they expect us to come up with $6,500 in barely 6 weeks is beyond me. No payment plans allowed they said either. Not to mention they also want us to have a number of repairs done (again they just let us know this March about them) and want it done within only two months which is also ANOTHER separate high cost in addition to the $6500. They expect us to pay, even go into debt for their mismanagement of funds over the last forty years. If I could give them a zero I would! I’ve never been so disgusted with a company in my life.
