They did nothing but exchange me keys for my door! which they tried to charge $140.00. Unless i had a police report for! This is not a good place to live. People also dump there trash here in the dumpsters and they over charge you on the utilites to make up the cost!
- ANAmi NiassSep 1, 20255.0Being in the USA for 12 years, Silver ridge is so far the best place I have ever lived. Zero complain. Management is top. JAYA and JOHN are the best. Everytime I had an issue they've been available and very fast to help. I remembered when my mom got some health issues I was so lost that I couldn't locate my phone to call 911. Jaya help us and we got help on time. She was even worried about my kids that I forgot in the apartment 😅. I am so grateful 🙏 . I recommend you over and over. Thanks again my family and I appreciate all you do.

They are careless and lazy, and unwilling to help the residents in anyway. The parking situation is a massive problem and there are constant ticketing/towing problems for residents who pay to live there and their visitors. Please look elsewhere, this place has taken an unfortunate downhill slide.
