  Staff are conciencious and responsive. Refrigerator needed to be replaced as well as the furnace when we arrived. As soon as we let the office know they had them replaced, the fridge the same day and the furnace /airconditioner the second day. The garages are nice with some enclosed storage for each apartment. Each apartment has their own trash and recycling containers. The hot water is supplied for the whole building--no individual water heater--we had always had lots of very hot water on tap even in the early mornings. Some of the garages are difficult to drive into because they are recessed and their is not enough space to turn into them.

  It was a nice place until water main repair. Unable to live in apartment for almost a month. No compensation. Nickled and dimed on exit so I could not get much deposit. Some staff really nice (Charles/Justin.) Bigos terrible.

  I have been at Mallard Ridge about 3yrs. Mgmt staff is great. Maint is very prompt. I do like living here.
