- AVAnna VazquezMay 27, 20255.0Briarcliff seems unique to me because it is an apartment building in a quiet natural setting with a beautiful little pond with ducks and their babies and deer in the backyard, as well as garden space for flowers and vegetables.There is lots of community space to meet new friends and the apartments are charming. I had the opportunity to speak with several residents and found them friendly and delightful!

My daughter came to visit and couldn't see the curbside and fell and broke her ankle and also had to have surgery on it. This is a big concern and Nancy didn't have much to say other than my grandkids we not allowed to have any hot chocolate in the community room.The hot chocolate problem has been taken care of. 🙁

Provided with enough information to move forward to application process. A small hiccup with completing application...Nancy was helpful in directing me in ways to provide all needed documentation. Small miscommunication regarding actual security deposit...not an issue with Nancy, just a result of the application process and my personal information. I am pleased, so far.
