  It has been a pleasure working with William Yang. It was a rollercoaster of emotions and a challenge for us. Will is professional, is great at what he does, and is a wonderful resource when it comes to selling/buying homes. If he doesn’t know the answer, he will find it. He has the expertise/knowledge to guide us and strategize what we should or could do to make it better. It is a numbers game, but it isn’t always about the quantity as it should be about quality of work. I believe in this strongly because I’m also in sales/customer service. He was receptive to our needs/wants. He was patient and stuck with us over the years throughout this whole selling/buying experience. We sold our first home on 6/30/2022 & turned around and bought our next home on 8/9/2022--all in a span of less than 2 months. In addition, I also want to acknowledge and thank colleagues of Will. It’s great to work with people who have connections. I want to thank Gabriel Harstad-Puga, ReMax Realtor, for being flexible and scheduling appointments last minute for viewings, getting all the necessary forms/documents ready, and working with the Loan Officer & Title Smart Inc. Real estate is a first come, first served world that we must race to see who wins. I also want to thank Kimberly Allen, Loan Officer with Bell Bank. She was professional, responded to our questions in a timely manner, and drafted up the pre-approval loan quickly. She gave us realistic expectations of what we were dealing with due to the current market. She kept us informed that the interest rates were only going to go up. She said she would keep in touch with us in the future to help us refinance and work with us on ways to get a lower interest rate. Will Yang is a great resource for your real estate needs, especially when you are making the biggest decision in your life.
