  I came and visited a friend here. The grounds looked amazing, and the office staff were super friendly and offered me drinks. Even though I’m not a resident. Great customer service! Would recommend anyone to check this place out. I also want to give a special shout out to Jasmin. She was incredibly responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely kind. She made a big difference in my experience.

  Do not rent here unless you are rich. You now have to pay utilities (water, sewer) which has increased 50% in less than a year. They give you rent specials when you first rent but after that you are going to get hammered on the rent above the special discount. People are moving in and out constantly. The office always responds to negative reviews, but they have no power. The place is run by Bigos Management owned by one guy. He owns like 40 complexes.

  The cost of sewer, water, trash is insane. It keeps going up and the rent isn’t worth the amenities. Everyone who works at Cedars Lakeside is very nice, but not worth the price to live here. Residents are not supposed to smoke in their apartment but they do. I don’t care if people smoke, but I don’t want to smell it in my apartment (which I do everyday) it’s gross!

  I am very impressed with the quality of care for this property. Maintenance requests are timely and done correctly. The property is always clean and well maintained, staff is attentive and on top of everything.

  Office staff is great and prompt at responding to any maintenance issue(s). Updated unit, great balcony. Location is great in regards to highway access to get to either downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul. For garage parking, elevator access, size of units, pool and work out space, you're not going to find anything else that compares to this price. We feel very fortunate that parking is included in our rent! Finding the lower star ratings very odd, as the office staff is amazing and willing to work with you. We love living here!
