- BBBugs989Oct 27, 20251.0Do not rent here unless you are rich. You now have to pay utilities (water, sewer) which has increased 50% in less than a year. They give you rent specials when you first rent but after that you are going to get hammered on the rent above the special discount. People are moving in and out constantly. The office always responds to negative reviews, but they have no power. The place is run by Bigos Management owned by one guy. He owns like 40 complexes.

- HOHeidi O'LearyAug 19, 20253.0Apartments are nice and grounds are kept up. Unfortunately, some tenants won't abide by the no smoking rules and marijuana smoke persists. You find no one outside smoking, yet you still smell marijuana every week since it's emanating from the neighbor(s) apartment screens or patios and down into our apartments. Garages have black and white mold on the walls. Even one previous tenant (ITguy2015) stated in his ApartmentRatings review back on 7/19/15: "...the garage is very moldy and in disrepair." It's now 2025 and still the same mold. No, we tenants don't live in the garage, but mold is not safe for anyone. Our security door hasn't shut or functioned properly since last year, and when tenants have called in about it the last three occasions, it takes a week for Cedars to repair. Not sure why it's not a high priority, when there is crime in this area. There are 24/7 locksmiths available.
