  Living above the garage comes with constant noise that management never discloses. You can hear the garage door opening and closing at all hours, and in the winter it cycles repeatedly when snow builds up—sometimes nonstop. Maintenance response is frustratingly slow. It often takes multiple requests to get even basic issues addressed. I went several weekends without heat during below-zero temperatures, and there was no sense of urgency to fix it. The on-call maintenance response was especially disappointing—they told me I would just have to wait, despite the dangerous conditions. Communication from the office is also lacking. Residents are not properly informed about building issues that directly affect them. For the amount of rent charged, the experience does not match the cost. I would not recommend living here.

  I came and visited a friend here. The grounds looked amazing, and the office staff were super friendly and offered me drinks. Even though I’m not a resident. Great customer service! Would recommend anyone to check this place out. I also want to give a special shout out to Jasmin. She was incredibly responsive, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely kind. She made a big difference in my experience.

  I have lived here for a year and a half now, I really enjoy this place. The apartment staff and managers are very understanding and respond very quickly to emails and my needs. They seem to genuinely care about the residents that live here. It’s a mixed community of families, young adults, elders, and mix of cultures. Many residents are respectful. The apartments are clean and kept up to date. Highly recommend.
