It’s a wonderful spot for a morning stroll or to find a quiet bench and sketch for a while. - PKP KSep 30, 20243.0We lived at the Riverwood for 8 years. Loved it. but when we moved this past September we were told that we would get our security deposit back minus an electricity charge. On September 30 I received the security deposit minus $112 for cleaning! After 8 years we were told that the appliances, carpeting, shades would all be replaced. So why the cleaning charge? They would have to clean the unit for the next occupant so why the cleaning charge? Finally, I was told we were lucky because several cleaning charges are much higher! Don’t count on the Riverwood to return your security deposit!
