  The Riverwood has been amazing so far! The place is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the walking path is an added bonus. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and the management team is very kind!

  The building management does a very good job keeping up the property, whether it is the building grounds, the upkeep of the buildings or the common areas inside.

  DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU ARE ON THE TOP 3RD FLOOR. I have never experienced the noise from a place just from people walking above. It is so disturbingly loud, I can't even find the right words to describe it. It sounds like the whole ceiling is creaking and going to fall through. It is truly unbelievable. I can actually record the noise and it comes through loud and clear on the recording. Other people are completely shocked at the noise and can't believe it. What's worse is that the person above gets up to go to the bathroom every 2-3 hours without fail EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. They go to bed at 10pm, with the first bathroom break between 12am and 1am, then between 3am and 4am, and then again between 5am and 6am. And then they usually get up at 6am and then the walking around is pretty much non stop from 6am to 10am. And note most of the time after I get woken up every 2 to 3 hours, I can't simply just fall back asleep right away. So sometimes right after I have finally fallen back asleep, 10-20 min later that's when they're up again to go to the bathroom. I wish I was exaggerating when I say I literally haven't slept at all once since I've been here. Not once. I am a just a shell of a person, just a non-functioning, zombie, of human being from the lack of sleep. My physical and mental health are beyond a complete breaking point. I've broken down crying so many times now from this horrible nightmare of a situation. Leaving this review so this doesn't happen to anyone else as I wish there was a review warning of this for me as I would have never rented here had I known. You couldn't pay me to live here. It is truly a nightmare, worse case scenario.

  Very nice, clean, and seemingly well managed place. Some apartments look out over the bluffs of the Mississippi River.beautiful apartments, surroundings and grounds are picturesque, and yet welcoming!

  Gorgeous setting beautifully maintained. The staff is amazing! They are helpful, friendly, kind, and dedicated to providing a wonderful living experience for their residents.
