She refused to fix my apartment for paint and floor when I transferred. It was horrible. The cleaner cleaned real good and look sparkling !!!!! As me a Somali, 90% other is too, manager eliz are rude to my race. That reminds me, they switched cleaning companies here and it is a mess all the time. The past cleaning company was on top of the building and kept everything clean. He was very nice person and attentive. They got rid of them and hired this company now which is horrible. If you move here get ready to clean up after yourself in the halls etc…. Maintenance is good but management does not follow up on issues! Been without air this whole time of start of season. Still not fixed! Carpets are nasty in hall. Glass is gross and trash room rooms putrid! I can’t say enough about Cierra, she is fantastik and is a breathe of clean air!!! Can’t say that for the new manager Elizabet though, that started after Jessica left. Think 2 or 3 times before you choose to move your family here! Too much money to be treated unkindly by manager
