I’ve had no issues with any “hoodlums” and I’m a single female living on the first floor.... parking is not the most accommodating if you do not plan ahead of your visiting guests. & I wish people would liter less. Surrounding area has lot to offer. I would also like to state it seems like the city of Lexington has some issues with this “community” or property. I encourage all residents to attend the city council meetings that happen monthly. Make your voices heard. And stand up for this place we call home. Their newest agenda includes our community bringing more violence to the area. Which when I visited the local police department website I could not find anything backing this up using their crime detection tool for the past month 🤷🏽♀️ But maybe I missed something.
- EBEr BSep 25, 20202.0The actual apartments are nice, every thing else is a mess. Handicap doors never work, elevators never work, no parking and way overpriced for affordable housing. Place is also a mess with kids running wild. Soundproofing is terrible if someone is in the hall you will hear them from the opposite end of the hall. Took away on street parking which was ridiculous.

We have called for maintenance before and no calls Was return . Other residents have similar issues When we call the office to request work orders no one calls us in timely manner . We understand COVID being in place but it shouldn’t be that hard to return calls . We have many residents with language barrier and don’t understand how this works . We would like to see improvement in the management office . We want to be treated with respect and dignity . We pay rent here . No calls should go 24 hours without a call back . Sincerely ms.
