- IRIrfan RashidNov 27, 20255.0Nice townhome community in Lakeville, very close to shopping, groceries, hardware store, restaurants. 25 mins to airport or Mall of America. Has walking paths, ponds within the community. These are nice townhomes (~2000 sq ft) with 2-car garages in the $350-$400k. The purchase/closing process, getting title, insurance,etc via Pulte is made easy. Customer service throughout the process (from purchase to closing, pre-walk) was excellent.
