We came across Excelsior Homes, not even knowing about Modular Homes as being an option. We were able to tour 15 different models right on site! When we realized that the pricing of going with a modular home was exponentially less than custom building, we knew this was the route for us! After finding the exact model that fit our needs as a family, we were so relieved to know that Beau and Jason could handle EVERYTHING for us! This was such a blessing to be able to have our dream home built within our budget as well as have such exceptional help along the way! Beau and Jason are the perfect team and always went above and beyond for us! They were always willing to answer any and all of our questions along the way as well as keep us updated with the process. Their personalities were such a great bonus as well. They always answered the phone with such bright and cheerful attitudes! Our home is a dream and we would not be here without this incredible team! Not only is it beautiful, but it is built stronger than I could have imagined. The quality is exceptional! Everyone there is so wonderful to work with, Beau, Jason, Jennifer.. all their crew. Just top notch. They are very knowledgeable and got things done in record timing, and everything looks wonderful. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone!! If you are looking for your next home, look no further and give Excelsior a call!

It took them four months to show up to perform a job that only took 40 minutes to complete and they used cinder blocks from the two pallets I had ordered for another project that I was waiting to complete after they came out and releveled our home. They charged me $600 and used my materials for the job. Furthermore the manager, Jason, only sent a crew out after I wrote a review on Google and he called insinuating that if the review wasn't removed he wouldn't send out a crew at all.
- BBbecker4206969Jun 21, 20221.0Long story short we were waiting for a house because we lost ours in a house fire took almost 2 years to get it and we even had their so-called ipp protection plan. Just to get told that the price that was agreed upon never existed and if you want the house it will be $40,000 more. Trailer house quality workmanship and that is being generous. They played their inflation game with us to pocket the extra money so that is why it took so long to get it and according to the paperwork that came with the house the builders got it done in 5 months and then I’m guessing it sat as one of their display models. Thank you for allowing me to save some money by doing everything besides setting and roofing the house myself.
