If you live on the first floor the cleaner keeps up pretty good but the other floors the carpets never get vacuumed window not clean unpainted patch work. So you pretty much get ripped off when it comes to that. But it is quiet and if you need a repair they are on that.

Appreciate the communication. Maintance staff were always professional, and arrived on time for repairs. There were parts need, maintenance staff made sure to keep me posted through work completion.
