- CLCorey LubelskiMar 18, 20231.0If you come to this place and it is still owned by IPG I would highly suggest not renting from them. They bought the place about a year ago, Third owner in 3 years, this place has gone straight down hill. IPG stand for Investment Property Group and that’s exactly what they care about. This building is simple investment to them. They won’t care about you or your living conditions. They let the building be unmanaged for months as in no one was here to help you with anything. The front office management now is fine but the actual people who own this building are terrible and don’t deserve your money.

I moved out of there an over a month ago and they have yet to return my security deposit which is actually illegal. I was charged for damages that were normal wear and tear and when I scheduled the walk-through, the apartment manager never showed up. This management company is absolutely horrible and out to take peoples money. I called to file a grievance and no one has ever returned my call. The apartment manager Kori is rude and unprofessional . I would caution away from this place!!!
