- IIIlikestars2002Sep 14, 20241.0Have been living here for almost two years and will not be staying once my lease is up because my unit is riddled with roaches and my bathroom has black mold, the ceiling in my bathroom is also falling apart, and now this building also has roaches and the pipes have constantly been broken, I wouldn’t be surprised if this building is just mold at this point, and the filth of the building is horrible. I am pregnant and cannot live like this but the management has done absolutely nothing for the tenants in this building. Do not move to this place and if you live here repot the building!!!

- HPHayden PeckAug 16, 20211.0An absolute nightmare to live here. Apartment managers take weeks to respond to emails & complaints. Tenants are able to smoke cigarettes in their units with zero punishment from management, causing the whole building to smell. Very un organized & unprofessional. Here’s a couple current photos of my bathroom ceiling from the second plumbing leak in just 2 months. You get what you pay for here and it’s definitely not worth it. Update: my ceiling has leaked once again for the 3rd time in 2 months. Nothing has been resolved to fix the leak, just brown water pouring all over my countertop, floor, towels, toilet, everything.
