Everything was just as it said and the ladies in the Office were Amazing and Helpful and Very Informational about the Entire Application Process it was easy and I got it done right away. And got the Wonderful News I was Approved. Thank you Sarah you were Great with this old woman. Lol. Looking Forward to Becoming a Added Resident to the Creek Point Apts and getting ready for Spring and Summer on the Big Balcony in my Apartment. Jlo Thanks you for everything!!

- ASAnkush SinglaDec 6, 20221.0Do not live here! I moved out of there almost two months ago and they have yet to return my security deposit which is actually illegal. I had the walk-through with Property manager and she was very happy with cleaning and all other stuff we cleaned while moving out, she mentioned that i will be getting my full deposit back, till now i have not received it. I have called on property helpline N number of times but no one picked up and no response on voice mails also. kept following up on email also but no response there as well , this is really frustrating and horrible experience. i visited property to check status on my deposit , Property manager mentioned she will respond to my email but no reply. Will suggest People to consider better option rather than Creek Point Hopkins, MN to your hard earned money will not be taken for nothing !!
