These guys will fool you with the free rent, so people will move into these very unpleasant units. Filled with roaches. You can smell the dumpsters from the third floor hallways. Water gets shut off regularly due to terrible plumbing. Never any parking. Pet feces in the elevator and management is very unprofessional. Let's not forget they will charge you for the remainder of your lease if you break your lease. Even if it's due to their dirty environment. 0/5 DONT RECOMMEND IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. I had to get out of those apartments.

We lived here for a couple years and each year it got worse. The building went through management faster than thin toilet paper. Previous property “manager” was intoxicated on the job, didn’t show up, hide in the office and would ghost tenants who had issues with their units. If you did get ahold of someone for your issues, they would schedule something and maybe show up on time, and don’t expect them to follow up on a no show or any updates on what is going on with your until. There were some good employees and managers at the building but not there enough to help improve issues in the building. Our apartment had CONSTANT water leaks, roaches, mold, and domestic violence issues that had other neighbors and the police there frequently. And don’t get me started with the trash room. That one was mostly on the tenants but they had no way to enforce that people actually throw their garbage in the bins and not all over the floor, to the point of not being able to open the door to through your trash away. I would recommend that people do their research and talk to tenants before they move it. It isn’t worth it and I would find other options.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Management can't spell, don't know how to do their job (always someone new in the office), can't fill out tax forms right- literally listed my new address as their own address on my CRP, refused to communicate appropriately (and sometimes just wouldn't). Property manager treated her staff so incredibly bad that when I spoke to my neighbors they literally called her the devil lmfao. Not to mention she tried to blame everything on the staff she clearly never trained (that's a failure on management and so incredibly embarrassing- what a cop out lol). Even the CEO or whatever in California quit. Ceiling collapsed, mold everywhere, had cockroaches everywhere, trash room was a nightmare ALWAYS, and stairwells smelled so bad I almost threw up every time... list goes on folks. The lease is misleading and they really thought they could charge me more for the month-to-month the lease mentions than it costs to do month-to-month in the brand new apartments 2 blocks down. Insane. Do not rent here! They take advantage of people 1000% Actual unit was fine and maintenance team was fabulous, but that's it.
