The day before my lease commenced, on 4/1/25, I found out that I have stage 1 breast cancer… Many residents have been so supportive and informative regarding my cancer. Thank you for the warm and caring group of persons here at The Quill. I love living at The Quill! First of all I want to say that we have a wonderful Property Manager, Julia! She has planned many group activities with her cheerful grace & optimism. Also, the building maintenance crew is fantastic - this is the cleanest building in Hastings! The apartments are very spacious with lots of storage; and the garage parking is very nice! Many residents planted vegetables and herbs on the 4th floor deck this summer, thanks to Julia…. We also have a new ping pong/pool table in one of the several community rooms. The Quill is an excellent place to live! 🌸

My aunt struggles with anxiety and ocd and Julia has been so accomodating and has made my aunt feel so comfortable. The apartment complex is beautiful. Everything is emaculate. Juan and Antonio do such a great job at maintaining the property and are so quick at responding to maintenance requests. I honestly can't say enough about this place! I highly recommend this apartment!
