  We have lived in Xenia for about one year now. So far, we really like the building, its location, our unit (especially the high ceilings!), and the amenities. I am writing mostly to discuss the pet situation (as a pet owner myself!). I have said since moving in here that it is maybe the least pet friendly place I have ever lived. The building itself is massive and spans an entire block all the way around. Unfortunately, there is quite literally only ONE pet trash can around the entire block. In other words, have to walk a block and back every time my pet goes to the bathroom in this manner. Without sufficient number of trash receptacles around (ie, at literally any other door), pet owners seem to neglect to pick up properly. This creates a negative environment for ALL residents. I have found extra frustration with this as upon move-in, we had to pay to do a genetic test for our pets (PooPrints), when it is not being used to reprimand owners. I am more than happy to update this review should more trash cans be implemented!

  Tierra is very professional, respectful, kind, welcoming and I can go on and on. I just loved how she made my moving experience so easy and enjoyable. I love my new apartment, I love the high ceiling, the design of the kitchen, the work areas are so beautiful and neatly arranged and I just love everything about this place and I recommend for anyone who is looking to rent to at least come over and see it for yourself.

  Just toured a few 1 bedroom floor plans. Gorgeous apartments and Tierra was amazing!

  This is one of the worst run buildings I’ve ever seen. They treat their tennants like trash and it’s near impossible to ever get any maintenance help. We had mold growing from our windows due to bad sealing at the time of construction, and their fix was to sand off the mold and paint over it. They didn’t fix the windows at all that had a clear condensation issue. They tried to tell us it was “construction dust” instead of mold which is absurd. None of things that were promised to us when we moved in were finished by the time we moved out and we saw little to no progress on them during our time there. That didn’t stop them from raising the rent prices when our lease was up either. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are considering living here.
