Underground parking is great in the winters. Parking for guests is never an issue. Gym is small, but has everything I need for a quick workout. The common room is perfect and is free to use for residents. Location is fantastic, with more restaurants opening up all the time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ron who does all the maintenance does a great job. Kelsey and her team are making some nice improvements to the place. Only concern is the rent that's been steadily increasing to a point where it's becoming less affordable. Bigos seems to have other properties with similar or better facilities at lower prices.
