  Do not rent from the 5101 units if you want the snow plowed. Sidewalks will be done but no real attempts to try and remove the snow from the actual parking lot. Have been late to work and stuck more than once this year with my neighbors.

  nice apartment got approved but now i feel like im already seeng issues with the company and have not even moved into the unit yet.

  Living here on 6 month lease, minor complaints more specific to our unit's aging vs Villas. Only major is our screen door was janky that was n.b.d. because it still worked. But one day, me & Hubs got home the same time, upon approaching unit, the wind blew hard, screen door blew open, hit a stump and shattered to the ground. Such a Blessing we both witnessed it otherwise we would've been scared and confused wondering what happened. My Husband called, Mr Zach, he got his team on it and replaced it ASAP with multiple follow ups. Neighbors okay, we've always had somewhere to park. I agree with the positive comments about Mr Zach. Mr Mason and the other maintenance men rock too! and they always follow up on work orders. Edit: Gladly changing review from 4 to 5. Moved out yesterday (10/31/21). Mr Zach & his guy came by, on a Sunday mind you, to see me out, make sure things were in order, to get our forwarding address and thank us for the review. By 12:05, the cleaning crew/painters were already unloading and ready to work. These guys are always on top of it!!! We have some life changes this winter, which is why we chose a short lease to begin with, otherwise we would've stayed here at Villas! Awesome work gentleman!!

  Jake was very personable and professional with my daughter getting her first real apartment! She is very happy especially since the place seems very quiet and is clean and conveniently close to her job.
