I have been living here for almost 3 years and I have never had any issues. Staff is very transparent and quick with answers when I have a question. Also, the view from the pool area, is AMAZING!! I also love history so being able to live in a place with so much of it is a plus!

I just had the pleasure of going through a horrible experience! My family is moving from out-of-state back home to Minnesota for a federal position. I see that this place has the exact bedroom I need so I send an email to find out if my family qualifies because we have lived in housing like this before out of state. Brady emails me back asking a few questions and I reply letting them know that there's two children, my husband, plus a disabled child, and I sent a copy of my offer letter to see if we would make enough to qualify. I explained that my husband would be leaving his position because it's not transferable. I get a response back saying that we would more than likely qualify and to apply. After waiting for about a week making corrections all during that time I find out that we don't qualify because the management or the office rep can't get a hold of HR to find out my work hours. I don't know my work hours yet I just know it's full time at the pay that they listed which come to find out wasn't enough for this property. That would have been fine if I didn't just find this out today and I've been corresponding back and forth with these people all week. They looked at this offer letter multiple times just to now realize they need my hours so they declined my families application. We are set to move next week. And now we will be homeless due to this. We could have applied for other places but we can't afford to apply to multiple places at once. So if you're looking to apply for this place know you have to be the one in control and asking the questions because the management here has no idea what they are doing or what to ask. So it is 100% up to you to know these things to be able to get approved. The only thing she could tell me and this was Brady that I talked too is that every application is different so they don't need to ask the amount of hours people will be working. However if it's enough to decline an applicant's application I feel it's an extremely important question to ask first. Thank you upper post Flatts.
Update: manager never called me. When I was talking with Brady in the previous statement above, Brady tells me that if I don't like the fact that I can't get my application fee back nor could she tell me when I would get my deposit back so I can apply for other properties she told me the property manager would give me a call when I asked for the properties manager's name three times she refused to give it to me. After asking again she tells me Abby Milton but I don't believe that's true no one will answer their phones now the property manager won't give me a call and they won't give me back my information which is birth certificates social security cards Bank information for 6 months every personal information you can think of they have and refused to give back. I was worried there was a scam going on and now I believe they're truly is one happening here. To be quickly denied and almost hung up on because the leasing office couldn't get the number of hours I'd be working sounds like something illegal is happening. And again I can no longer get a hold of anyone to find out about my deposit or fee. I WANT MY DEPOSIT AND APPLICATION FEE BACK!
*UPDATE: this is an FYI for anyone interested in applying to these apartments, the above message from the owner is just an automated response. When I called like stated in the above message I was told by Abby the supposed property manager that she doesn't control the messages and asked me what what I wanted and that there's nothing that she can do to proceed as in doing her job. There is 0% accountability on this property is part. And keep in mind my application was denied because they said there was too many corrections which was on their end nor what they give me the opportunity to email my job to get clarification calculate what full-time hours are.
