Good local management is apparent at all levels, from lawn care to clean entries to a well-ordered environment throughout. The staff have been very professional and accommodating. When my daughter moved i, everything had been freshly painted, scrubbed, and refreshed with new carpets. I am very pleased.

They are rude and are only looking to blindly rope you into something that you can not afford, they will make you sign a lease prior to receiving a deposit and first month's rent and will not let you break the lease if you can not longer afford it even when they have not given you the key to the apartment. They are awful! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM! My sister went to Dakota Edge Apartments here in Wahpeton to see if she could get approved, she filled out what she thought was the application (it was actually a lease), they sent it in she got approved, they signed it and she was stuck in a lease! She NEVER paid a deposit or recieved keys. I contacted Abby from Northern Managment and was told this is how they do it, they dont have you get approved before signing the lease.. you sign a lease and then get approved or denied. NORTHERN MANAGMENT WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU OVER!! Update: I spoke with a few people in the community about this management and they directed me to three other people who have recently gone through this same situation! Seek legal aid! do not let them bully you into something because they are incompetent landlords!
