  I highly recommend these apartments in Fergus Falls,MN. I lived here 3 years and it was such a happy experience! Quiet, clean, spacious apartments with storage and garages! Management and staff are so helpful and friendly! Best experience ever!!!

  I lived at Broadway Apartments for 4 years & Colonial Village Townhomes 1 year. All accommodations needed had been taken into consideration. Amanda & April happened to be very nice within the office. We never had any major issues, nicely kept apartment & townhomes. The therapeutic support animal fee was waived with a MD signed paper work. April was great about helping us find accommodations needed. Amanda was on point when it came to getting things done. We had a 2 bedroom 850 sq-ft of nice open space. Loved the balcony for fresh air, the park was just a few blocks away. Yes! You can hear the race track driver's on weekends. However no different then hearing a running vacuum cleaner. It's really not that bad, you get uses to it pretty fast. I moved almost 4 year's ago, but if we moved back this would be our 1st choice. My neighbor was the sweetest older man probably in his 70s. They also have some Apartments and Townhomes available for people working with Section 8.
