  I have lived here 3 years with no plans of leaving. Great management and maintenance. When there are issues and I call the office my questions or concerns are addressed right away. Maintenance is complete within 24 hours if not less, if parts aren’t needed. Common areas are kept clean. Great place to live!

  Absolute worst place to live and I plan to go up the chain. Living there for four years was the best with the previous property manager. Eric was truly the best and I can’t say enough good things. He made living at Evans Meadow a better environment. It was a friendly environment, all the fun events and good times all the residents use to have. My family and I had no issues until new management came. It’s been nothing but continuous issues, to name a few on 3 different occasions I was told by residents that the current property manager has been sharing my personal business on whether or not I am able to renew my lease or not, and the reasons why. From what I know or heard, that is a violation and property managers are not to share personal information to other residents not even maintenance. Also, my car company, my bank and the company that I work for has told me that the postal service advised them of returned mail stating that it was returned due to Evans Meadows stating that I don’t live there. I can go on about many things especially things from other residents that are extremely unprofessional. Do better, It would be a shame to have more vacant units than you already have.

  Living here is a wonderful experience! The property, amenities, and apartment features are all really well maintained. Whenever there is a concern like a repair or a snow filled parking lot things are always taken care of promptly. Eric is an awesome property manager he’s always friendly, helpful, and going the extra mile for residents. We are so glad to have found this gem as it also has in unit laundry and beautiful big windows with lots of natural light which isn’t always easy to find in apartment living. Glad to call this place home :D

  Worst experience living there ever! I lived here for 3 years and my dryer didn’t work since day one. I took 6 cycles to dry my clothes and they would always smell like wet dog because it took so long to dry. They didn’t replace it until I told them I was moving out... 3 YEARS LATER! And the promised my 400 dollar security deposit back and the kept the whole thing! I would never recommend this place!
