  I’ve been a happy resident at Oaks Braemar for over 11 years. The premises have been consistently quiet and my neighbors kind and considerate. Manager Carolyn and Groundskeeper Fausto have been marvelous - always attentive to my requests and I consider them good friends. I truly thank the Lord that He led me here.

  This is one of the worst place to rent apartment from. The building and laundry is always so filthy and work orders never get done on time. The office is barely open. The manager is never there and is always in her apartment. The last caretaker was a joke, So far the only caretaker has done an exceptional job was terminated by the management company, Hema was the best caretaker this company could ever have. The maintenance guy can be unfriendly at times, but he gets the work done. The property manager needs to go. She is rude, mean and very unprofessional. Do not rent from this company period.

  Apartments are nice and spacious. Been living here for a year now and nice and peaceful society, Polly / Jay at office is very nice, always welcome you with smile and courteous and maintenance requests are dealt promptly based on urgency. Good place to raise kids, lots of kids. No issues so far
