- CJChad JohnsonOct 7, 20251.0You will be paying a lot more than normal apartments for amenities that are closed half the time. Pool is always broken. Steam room works half of the hours that are posted it should be on. Air conditioning shuts off when it's 90 degrees outside. Between being an old building and the greedy owners , this place is not worth the money.

My family has been part of this community for 25 years, and we encourage you to select the Durham as your next home. The amazing amenities are just the beginning of a great place to live--not only with a pool, sauna, tennis courts, barbecue grills/patio, and pet walking area, but also, these features exist within a warm and friendly community. Best of all, the management is knowledgeable, respectful, kind, and caring. Staff consistently respond to questions in a timely manner, and are always willing to help. Many thanks to the management staff for their leadership and cultivating a great community!

- TZTodd ZietlowJul 8, 20255.0I recently moved in to Durham about two weeks ago. And I have to say I could not be happier. Spoke with the manager Megan and Simone several times either by email or over the phone for more than 2 months before I arrived to Minneapolis. They were more than helpful more than understanding. I had a situation where my move-in date had to be adjusted and that was not an issue. What is even more impressive is that when I finally met Simone on my move-in date she remembered I had two boys. The whole process of my move-in day was flawless. Any questions I had Simone answered. And if she didn’t know the answer, she got it for me I finally had the pleasure to meet Megan and right away she asked how my boys were and when they would joining me. To me that shows they really care about their tenants and how much they truly care about their community. I have not had a chance to enjoy the amenities just yet, but I’m sure I will very soon I would recommend living at The Durham Apartments.

It’s so maddening that the amazing amenities and location don’t feel worth it at times. They should have warned us that they were renovating the apartments next door and above us when we signed a lease. Now I’m led to believe the great “promotion” they gave us was a coverup for the noise. I’ve requested them to stop at certain times of the day while my toddler naps but they declined to help.
