  Lived here for three years, and every year this place was worse. They left my apartment without heat for three days in the middle of winter with no communication besides the heat is not working. I had to escalate to the corporate office to get a response, and they were rude to me for bothering them when there was no response from anyone else for days. Communication with the office was always hit or miss. Sometimes there wouldn't be anyone in the office during normal business hours. They rarely showed up on time when they scheduled an appointment. Maintenance would confirm they would be there a day to repair something and not show up or would show up hours after they said. No one showed up on our move out day, so after waiting for 20 minutes and checking the office multiple times, we just had to leave the keys on the counter. The prices always increased every year when the market didn't, and by the end they wanted more money than a luxury apartment down the road with a lot more amenities. There were noticeably more vacant apartments when the lease ended than when I originally signed. I had the same constant maintenance requests that they continued to band-aid instead of actually solving. Some of the exact same problems happened 8+ times within three years. One time it took over six weeks for them to respond to a maintenance request.The pool never opened on time in the summer. It was always neglected, and didn't open until the middle of August this summer. The 24/7 maintenance emergency is a lie. It is just a call center they hired to take the calls that has no knowledge of what is happening. None of my emergency maintenance requests were followed up with outside of normal business hours. The location is great and the neighbors generally keep to themselves and are quiet. There's much better places for the same rent in the area, so I would encourage to look somewhere else.

  Lived here for three years. Always good communication with staff and facilities were well maintained. Will miss living here.

  I wish I could give no stars. This place has done nothing but go down hill since I've lived here. The rent is crazy for the lack of amenities. The only thing it has going for it is the location. Don't waste your money renting here. It's not worth it

  So grateful for the staff at Sterling Ponds! Had an issue with my refrigerator and Patrice called first thing in the morning to let me know they were working on a resolution and service technician would be looking at right away. Jeff replaced the refrigerator and I must say how pleased I was with the way he replaced all the food exactly in the place as he found them! That extra little touch meant a lot and speaks volume of the service provided. Thank you to Patrice and Jeff for providing fantastic service!

  My mother lived here for a long time . Great place
