    Cinnamon Ridge is by far the best, from the quiet, clean buildings, to the spacious units, to the staff. I absolutely love Cinnamon Ridge and quickly made it home. DJ the maintenance man gets 5 stars himself! He is timely, respectful, and overall an amazing human being! The ladies in the office are the kindest women! They have gone above and beyond in so many ways! They truly are here for you. I’m lucky to have found somewhere with such kind and attentive staff. Overall I would highly recommend living in Cinnamon Ridge!

    I love this place but they are very strict on payments. I had a delay for a paycheck due to holiday on the Thursday I get paid, it was Thanksgiving and my check didn’t process all weekend either. I get paid on this next Thursday that’s a holiday again. Jan 1. The apartment complex sent me an eviction notice even though all rent is always paid and was immediately paid. The apartment complex gives no grace for holidays and that rent must be paid on the 1st.

    This place is amazing! The women in the leasing office are wonderful. They have bent over backwards to make our big move go so smoothly. The complex is beautiful, well kept and unusually quiet. Our apartment is rapidly turning into a home. We are newlyweds in our 60's and 70's, and this is our 1st place together ❤️ We feel safe and confident that if any issues arise they will be taken care of quickly. Consider Cinnamon Ridge if you are looking for a rental south of the river! You'll be glad you did.😀
