  When relocating to Duluth for graduate school, my partner and I ended up choosing the Vue at Bluestone for our home. In summary, we always joke that we "peaked" by living there and will never live somewhere as wonderful ever again!! First, ALL the staff was so attentive and thoughtful. Sounds cliche when reading reviews, but I really mean it. This goes for our moving in process, everyday questions/issues, and in helping us find a sublet (as we had to move out halfway through our lease again for school). Staff we worked closely with included Kerri, Sharon, Andrew, and Noah! All fantastic!!! Second, we loved the location. Close to everything and a great view of the lake! Third, we looooved the amenities. The various lounges, hot tub, golf simulator, and patio were all wonderful to use. We especially appreciated the guest suite (as we were not from the area, therefore had lots of guests!). We often hosted our family and friends (game nights, grilling, events, etc.!). Also a very pet friendly place! Lastly, I would comment on how wonderful the other residents that live there are. I think the building does a nice job at promoting community (ie, monthly events!). However, every single resident I got to know there was fantastic. We still keep in touch our former neighbor!!!

  I was honored to live in this building for 2 years. Maintenance of the building and grounds are immaculate- clean, always quiet, and such friendly neighbors. I enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, & sauna… it is rare to find a place with all of these amazing amenities and more in Minnesota. We just moved to the cities, and there was & is nothing like the Vue. It was a blessing to live here, and if life brings us back to Duluth and needing to rent we will absolutely be back!

  I moved into the Vue in late July. I thought the transition would be difficult going from a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house on 9.5 acres, but it has been amazing! This building offers so many extraordinary amenities and everything is kept so immaculate. I have met many great people already and I love the community feel. They even put on different events for the residents every month that have been so much fun! And all of the staff members are so accommodating and friendly! The views are like nothing else in Duluth! I am so grateful for the way they maintained nature and the woods around us. The apartments have top end finishes and are absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend living here, if you can get in! ;)

  After graduating from college, I was ready to move out of my one bedroom apartment into a larger space. Turns out, a house means more work to maintain and clean! I found myself missing the amenities that came with an apartment and I’m so excited to be moving to the Vue this coming August. Kerri made the entire leasing process exciting, letting my husband and I choose our exact unit and see updates as the building progressed. We were even more excited when we found out that our apartment will feature Statis Smart Apartments which includes keyless entry AND visitor access so now we can specify when and who can access our apartment in the case we have someone coming to walk our dog or clean. We also opted for garage parking with storage so we no longer have to deal with brushing snow off our car and we don’t have to store our snowboards and other outdoor gear in the apartment itself! Less time having to maintain a home means more time to enjoy Duluth! Ever since we signed for our unit, we’ve been counting down the days until we finally get to move into our new home!
