This building offers so many extraordinary amenities and everything is kept so immaculate. I have met many great people already and I love the community feel. They even put on different events for the residents every month that have been so much fun! And all of the staff members are so accommodating and friendly! The views are like nothing else in Duluth! I am so grateful for the way they maintained nature and the woods around us. The apartments have top end finishes and are absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend living here, if you can get in! ;)
