Maintenance guys are hard workers and go the extra mile for residents. R3, Darrel and Mike respond quickly to all service calls. They keep our streets and sidewalks clear of snow and ice which is very important. Especially to a disabled person. Management leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I recently talked to Nicole about adding a handicap space to my area. I told her I would het a letter from my Dr. If needed for a reasonable accommodation request. She was not nice on the phone but did say she would call me back with info. Never heard from her. I have called several times about people parking in the only 1 handicap space. And it doesn't seem to matter if I have to park a half of a block away. It's sad when you are in extreme pain, and difficult as it is to leave my home becomes impossible for me to leave because I am unable to get to my car. 1 extra handicap spot seems to be to difficult to get. For that reason and the mean attitudes from Management, they get a 3.

We have new carpet and it looks just beautiful. Between the maintenance crew and summer help (Mike Finske, Tyler Kelley, Darrell Ford, R3, Justin Houghton, Sherri Pace, Joe Benson, Anthony Vang, Tyler Voegeli, Drew Hamlund and Kenn Pietila) and anyone we might have missed) and our friends, we got all of our furniture moved out of the apartment in record time and after the carpet was installed the furniture was moved back in within a hour. The group worked so well together, just like a well oiled ship. They were all pleasant with each other. We appreciated all the workers that helped us move all the furniture in and out and a BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU. WE COULD’T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU.

I've lived in both Boulder Ridge & Summit Ridge for the past 5 years! I've never even considered moving elsewhere, while I'm a student. Although it can get spendy, I feel all the amenities (gym membership, tanning beds, free printing, coffee, swimming pool & hottib) really ease my anxiety about the large chunk of change I'm giving away each month. As well as only having one extra bill (electric) a month, which usually does not break the bank. Overall I've had a great experience with the staff at Summit Management & will continue to live here until I either move or purchase a place of my own!

STAY AWAY! rented out our unit twice in the 3yrs while we were still living there. gave false n unclear notices then penalize u for it. enters apt w/o sufficient notice. parking is terrible. a lot of residents got their car towed. not enough parking. if u have loud neighbors it takes RA at least half hr to respond n even then they dont do much. kiss ur deposit goodbye cuz they will find anything to charge u. email communication is horrible. they screw up a lot but dont like to n wont admit they r wrong. some of the people in the office r alright n dont agree w the manager. the bus system is nice n so r the bus drivers but they managed to screw that up for a period of time also. HATE this place n have no choice but its all over w now. b warned they will make it sound nice n dandy but they dont care bout the residents. they make decisions THEY think is best for them. only care about profit. extremely greedy n rent increases $30/yr w/o adding any value. will never rent from boulder, summit, campus park, or their other apts in stillwater. god have mercy on their souls...
