Have not had a good experience living at campus park. We had issues with our unit and management dismissed us and told us there was nothing they could do about it. Our appliances are all in very bad shape, scratched and damaged from previous people who lived here. When we moved in we found out the washer was covered in mold from previous tenants and management told us they wouldn't replace it. Maintenance does not respond quickly to issues and does not solve them. There is not enough parking spaces for everyone and no guest spots available near our unit. Management is very dismissive and standoffish, not willing to help out, or solve the issues in our unit. Would not recommend this place, management does not appear to care about the residents living here.

I have lived here for the past 10 months. Fine place to live if you are a student looking for an apartment or townhome style place to live with some average amenities. This is student living as it is very loud at night during weekends. They advertise to student but have no-sense of reasonability. 100$ lock out fees with no exceptions.$50-$100 Late fee’s on everything no matter the situation. When signing with this establishment make sure to be perfect and never make a mistake or they will make sure to fine you. Never expect anything less.

Overall, it is a good place to live. Check-in and moving-in were swift and easy. They have very modern townhomes. The free transportation to UMD is very nice and convenient. Any maintenance we needed was done as soon as possible after a request was made. My only minor complaint is that the washer was not very clean when we moved in. We were able to clean it out with minimal effort. All of the amenities are also very nice to have. So far, my experience has been excellent.

Sería bueno tener un club house propio para estás casas, ya que estás casas utilizan el club house de Boulder, no es malo eso pero de pronto por comodidad.

I wrote this review on their other page, so here it is: I lived in a villa, and I'm glad I will not next year. The rent is far higher than other apartments in the area with the same amenities. The management only cares about the other, more expensive properties they own. Parking is horrendous, they tow cars for snow plowing during the middle of the day (2pm)... when students have class. Nice. Be prepared for monthly calls to maintenance for heat, appliances, and cable/internet problems. Get your blankets ready, because the heat has failed (for days at a time) four times since December. That's just maintenance issues, not to mention how management charged my roommate's post-dated checks before the date he signed them for and overcharged his checking account several times. Look elsewhere to live for student living, or pay too much for something you could have gotten elsewhere, your choice. One star because my garage was okay, and all the walls stayed up and the roof didn't cave in... Also, no option for zero stars.
