I have been expecting a phone call from management now for a few days after reaching out multiple times. After a subleaser was unable to follow through, I was “moved out” and unable to get my key, but still expected to pay 4 months rent WITHOUT being able to live there or even pay monthly. All they care about is money and not their residents. If you’re looking for a great place to live that’s affordable, safe, and better management, I would recommend Boulder Ridge or Campus park. Before you rent, be sure to read through these reviews! Most of the good 5-star reviews are from current RA’s. Disappointing.
