  I have had nothing but issues since moving in. Staff has no clue how to keep track of or organize their paperwork let alone communicate. It has been issue after issue. And every-time I have reached out I never get an email back and if I am lucky someone MIGHT answer the phone. On top of all of this too, they charge ridiculous prices for parking, without having adequate parking spots. Ridiculous management, absolute joke of a company, and downright obnoxious prices for mediocre at best living. Absolutely frustrating experience.

  BlueStone Lofts is absolutely incredible. Wonderful amenities, unbeatable location, and just great atmosphere overall. Briana and Kierstyn at the front desk are the greatest. Wonderful place!!

  So far I have lived in Bluestone Lofts for one week. The apartments look and feel nice. The granite counter tops are a nice touch. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer. I really like that I have my own bathroom. There are great amenities provided, such as a 24-hour workout room and 24-hour tanning. There are also several businesses nearby, and UMD is just across the street. The staff helps match you up with roommates, so you don't have to find other people in order to live here.The rooms are on the pricier side, but with roommates it's not much more than a one bedroom apartment in the area. The negatives are mostly temporary and are due to the construction in the area. I seem to wake up each morning to the sounds of construction equipment outside my window. The worst part though is the tier 2 parking lot. As it is now, it's just a dirt lot with no real structure or organization. I do not look forward to parking there in the winter.This is enough for me to take one star off the review, but it should get better as construction completes. I am enjoying the place so far, it's a nice place to live if you are in a position where you can afford it.

  The television at bluestone has been atrocious. Most stations do not come in well or flutter in and out. The audio does not match with the video and the major channels do not come in regularly. If this happened only one time each week it would not be a big deal but it is every day for the last two months and nothing has changed. Please get a different provider, because if tv is "included" in the price at least make it not a rip off.
