  Not only is the Bluestone Flats a beautiful apartment with great amenities, but the staff is amazing as well. Living here, you really feel a sense of community from other residents as well as the staff. Everyone there was always on top of any issues I or the building had. Also it’s one of the few places I know of that has events seemingly every month which was really cool as well. It’s clear a lot of effort goes into that. As far as the actual building goes: Duluth’s finest (loved the sauna and coffee machine in the winter) and gorgeous lake views. Overall wonderful experience at the Flats.

  I moved to Bluestone almost three years ago because it was a “match” for location and condition and was pet friendly! At that time I had no idea that it was such a hospitable, comfortable and well cared for place to live! Bluestone exceeds any expectations that I had prior to living here. I love the multigenerational atmosphere, great management, the view, and of course the amenities!

  I love this place! The management and the people who live here are very friendly. I really enjoy all the amenities that are here, and everything is very well maintained.

  Renter beware-You are signing to move out 10 days before your actual lease is up and rent is not prorated so you pay a full months rent. *Update:They have changed this policy and no longer require a10 day early moveout date. They still require a few days but not 10. And since we are building a house they worked with us to extend our lease instead of signing another year long lease which we appreciated very much.
