The community and staff are wonderful, and I really enjoy the monthly events and amenities... Especially the gym - I wish Flats had their own gym though!!

I appreciate all of the wonderful amenities (hot tub, exercise room, coffee/tea, places to chat with friends, parking garage, car wash, terrace views to see Lake Superior, walking paths...) to use everyday. I am a UMD student, so I LOVE being able to walk across the street to get to campus! The staff are wonderful, kind, friendly, thoughtful, and always quick to help whenever needed. For example, I moved here from Ohio, and the leasing staff offered to give me a virtual tour of the building since I could not attend in-person. Everyday, I am grateful to live at BlueStone Flats!!!
