And every-time I have reached out I never get an email back and if I am lucky someone MIGHT answer the phone. On top of all of this too, they charge ridiculous prices for parking, without having adequate parking spots. Ridiculous management, absolute joke of a company, and downright obnoxious prices for mediocre at best living. Absolutely frustrating experience.

The audio does not match with the video and the major channels do not come in regularly. If this happened only one time each week it would not be a big deal but it is every day for the last two months and nothing has changed. Please get a different provider, because if tv is "included" in the price at least make it not a rip off.
