  We loved working with Lamar through the buying process. He was very real and personable with us and worked hard to help us keep the home within budget while also making sure we had all the features we wanted! This neighborhood is also a fantastic place for families. It is so safe and a very warm community! We can’t wait to be here for years to come!

  We had an outstanding experience building with Pulte! From the initial sales process all the way through closing, we felt informed, supported, and confident in every step. The communication was consistent, the timelines were clear, and they stayed on track to get us into our home quickly and efficiently. Special shoutout to Tyler and Lamar — both were fantastic to work with, super knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth for us. We’re very happy with our new home!

  Pulte continues to not act in good faith towards us, or our experiences in our opinion. Any subcontractor is a contracted employee and represents Pulte. I stand by my statements as they are factual encounters unless proven false beyond a reasonable doubt, as so, it is not defamation. We feel that Pulte has not done their due diligence when problems occurred, case in point: the natural gas leak. After a talk with a Pulte employee in person he told us to our faces that it was a “small” gas leak and basically said it was nothing dangerous, which prompted us to request an inspection report for any lingering issues, but we have not received one. **UPDATE*** 8-Month GAS LEAK Instead of locating the sewer gas leak, Pulte found a natural gas leak. We could tell by the faces of the people accompanying him they were appalled as well. But not Pulte. The Minnesota Division President has suspiciously gone silent since the findings. Per the reoccurring issues it is my personal belief is that Pulte does not have our best interest at heart. I fully expect them to “investigate” themselves and take no action to remedy the complaint. Our daughter has asked why bad stuff keeps happening to the house and that we should put cameras up to keep out the bad guys. We did, but our internet lines were cut so much that our internet provider called the police on Pulte for tampering with our lines and filed a report. This is a factual event. Most of the internet issues seemingly coincided with me submitting a complaint or ticket for a repair, but completely stopped following the report. InJune we brought up a plumbing issue in regards to sewer gas.. a Pulte employee visited multiple times since then and we asked about it multiple times but each time did not hire a plumber to fix it. It’s now September and they are trying to hire someone to see why sewer gas is leaking in our home but Pulte is in my opinion is trying to make it as difficult as possible to get a plumber to our home in a timely manner with fake policies that are written for the homeowners absolutely nowhere. We endured someone from Bellweather emailing us until 10PM after we asked her hours earlier for her to stop the emails from her. We have saved hundreds of emails because we have endured countless instances of gaslighting even after closing. Then, their lawyer emailed us trying to get us to cancel right before closing. Not only that, but the lawyer put our former address in the subject line (which is no way associated with Pulte in any way). The house is beautiful because of our choices, but I would never do this again with Pulte . These people struggle to act in good faith. I can provide emails as proof this is not slander if needed. EDIT: I am unable to reply directly to the person below. There is absolutely no way these people do not have my contact information already. I felt as though I needed to write a 5-page essay to your customer care team as to why my sinks were leaking again ruining my cabinets. It took them from Friday when I submitted the claim to until Tuesday to get a plumber to our home so we could finally use any of the sinks upstairs. EDIT 2: I attached a photo of our door that their employee kicked because I was too busy getting my daughter ready for school to answer the door right away. Edit 3: Pulte’s customer service acknowledged the damage done by their employee to our door but stated in an email: “ Damage is not covered under the Pulte Limited Warranty; therefore this repair would not be covered under warranty.” We have also requested multiple times in written format very clearly for Pulte to stop sending people to our home unannounced for repairs and such unless we have agreed to that day and time. Edit 4: we are four months into owning this home and we are experiencing electrical problems, carpet is coming up, paint peeling (or, as one Pulte employee referred to it as: basically just primer), and the sexual harassment from Pulte contracted construction workers working the neighborhood. I also included Pulte’s extremely “light” response to the harassment.
