- CCCrispy Creations6 days ago5.0My sink broke, the faucet stop swinging side to side correctly and the sprayer broke too! I called about it and they said they’d put in a work order for it. The past apartments I’ve been at it take weeks to get someone out here to look at it and fix something. 2 hours later this guy knocks at my door and asked to look at it. He looked at it and installed a new one in 10 minutes not even. I was pretty bummed about not having a sprayer anymore and He mentioned that if I wanted a sprayer I could buy one that screws in to my sink head but the sprayers we don’t stock anymore. I said thanks a lot and I ordered one on Amazon for $12. Great service!

- CBChad BecklundApr 13, 20191.0Management is terrible, they dont plow when necessary. The managers tell you not to fix anything but NEVER make it a point to get the maintenance guy over... (I asked if I could fix it myself but NO) This place is nice, but the management and maintenance are horrific!
