- JYJJ YooMay 10, 20221.0After paying thousands of dollars, I've had to hand-hold this appraiser - reminding them to complete each step of the appraisal process. They don't keep you updated and miss deadlines they've set. They were really attentive when trying to get my business. After they were paid, I didn't hear from them. When I reached out for an update, it appeared as though they had forgotten (!!). I hope I don't receive a poor-quality, sloppy appraisal because they forgot and rushed it when reminded. I would have to take legal action, especially given the amount I paid. I'm willing to update this review if the appraisal quality blows me away. So far, the lack of communication and organization on their end has not impressed me.
