They respond to work orders and emails quickly, and take care of all issues they’re made aware of. The units and buildings themselves are older but have been maintained well so they’re still very comfortable and in great condition. I also really like their community outreach, they do food drives, school supply collection events, and Toys for Tots. I have a unit that faces the pond and I absolutely love it! It’s so serene and almost feels like you’re out in the woods or something while having the convenience of living in the city!

Management ignores emails and phone calls and is unprofessional in their communication. Their treatment of people of color is concerning, and overall, dealing with them was frustrating and disrespectful.
