I have lived here for almost a decade and in each building except C. The office team are really kind, genuinely care, and are on top of things. They try to encourage engagement between residents through events. The shared spaces are kept up as fast as they can. Some residents aren't the most considerate with maintaining shared spaces, but that's just humanity. I will say that I really like the diversity of residents. One dude and I work on our languages - me spanish and him english - every time we see each other on the elevator. So a lot of friendly people, but it's also very easy to keep to yourself if you prefer. Lastly, the maintenance team is top notch! Any time I have a concern, the next day it's fixed and they are friendly/kind. Every time I'm not surprised but always amazed at their great work. Overall, great place to rent. You still will deal with typical renting things that you'll get anywhere, but if you do your part, you'll love living here.

Please do not waste your time or money here. I lived here for years. They are run by management that is only out to make a profit from you. They will charge ridiculously high rates for any and everything. They will increase rent every year. They will charge you even when they run the wrong cards. They will charge you thousands when you try to move out (even at the end of your lease). They are out to exploit and take advantage just because they can. My warning, you will end up losing much more money than it's worth by moving here. Turn away. Also the staff are really rude disrespectful and unprofessional.

This apartment complex is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and shows no concern for their residents. They constantly add unfair and unnecessary charges, and when you try to question them, they threaten to send the bill to collections, putting your rental history and future housing at risk. Their explanations for the charges never make sense, and they refuse to take responsibility. They claim to invite you to the office to “discuss” issues, but once you’re there, they don’t listen or give you a chance to speak. The way they treat people of color is especially disappointing and unfair. It’s clear they take advantage of tenants instead of helping them. Save yourself the trouble this place is not worth your time, money, or peace of mind.

Willow Pond is a great place to live! The team working here seems to genuinely care about their residents and the experience they have living here. They respond to work orders and emails quickly, and take care of all issues they’re made aware of. The units and buildings themselves are older but have been maintained well so they’re still very comfortable and in great condition. I also really like their community outreach, they do food drives, school supply collection events, and Toys for Tots. I have a unit that faces the pond and I absolutely love it! It’s so serene and almost feels like you’re out in the woods or something while having the convenience of living in the city!
