  ROACHES!!!! Do not move here if you have children! This place looks fine at first glance but the longer we stayed the more we noticed. No microwave, no main light in the living room or bedroom. LOUD MUSIC vibrating my floor and walls, roaches in our kitchen and bathroom, even after they gave us a 2 day notice to empty our kitchen and bathroom. For a “roach treatment” which was basically sticky bug traps. While the exterminators were here they ripped the floor in the kitchen with the fridge. I’m a HUGE clean freak and always have my apartment spotless but the roaches still show up. Nozzles on all sinks and shower head/ bathtubs faucet have slime that drip off it if you don’t clean it once a week! During winter our balcony and widows froze with ice ALL OVER making it melt and drip causing water damage and mold. Bathrooms are horrendous with leaking ceilings and moldy toilets. And don’t get me started on the washers and dryers! Most of them aren’t even working and the ones that “do work” don’t dry your clothes. Management is kind and trying their best to keep it under control but there isn’t much the can do. Parking is also a pain, never any spots for guest parking causing guest cars to be towed at $450 . Also in the winter they give you less then 24 hr notice to move your car for plowing and if you don’t your car will be towed at “owners expense” ($450) I have two babies and I’m unable to go move my car down the road in freezing temps. Garbage rooms are filled with roaches and trash! Children run around the hallways playing which honestly wasn’t a problem for me personally because they were respectful and it’s better to be running around playing then sitting on their phones. Not a place to raise a family! Also the tenets before us must have fed the squirrels on the balcony because squirrels were climbing the net on the door trying to come inside. It honestly feels like I’m living in a rehab center. Be safe and continue your apartment search.

  I recently moved out of 12531. One positive aspect of these apartments is that the office staff was always responsive and responsible when I had any questions or concerns. I really appreciated that. The only downside I have is the parking situation during the summer. It seemed to be very crowded. Other than that, that’s my only complaint. I do recommend this place. Thank you!

  I liked the place overall. The girl that did the tour said there was only 1 unit available but I found out later that day that there were actually 3 available and the other 2 were the floor plan I was interested in. Disappointing and now I don't know if I'm still interested if that's how they handle business. She seemed annoyed and only offered information after being asked.
