  I liked the place overall. The girl that did the tour said there was only 1 unit available but I found out later that day that there were actually 3 available and the other 2 were the floor plan I was interested in. Disappointing and now I don't know if I'm still interested if that's how they handle business. She seemed annoyed and only offered information after being asked.

  The amount of roaches here because they failed to enforce the way their tenants are leaving the trash room full of trash bags instead of throwing it down the trash chute, They literally have a camera right outside the trash room, but for some reason, they can’t see someone stick their arm in there and throw the trash bag in there because you can’t walk in there because the trash is way high there’s Between at any given time 50 to 200 roaches in there on the walls, despite how many times I complain and tell them that they’re causing a huge problem all they do is send in a pest control company make us empty out our entire kitchen and bathroom so they can spray and then the very next Sunday when it’s the day before trash day The trash room looks like that again full of roaches, I’ll show you guys some pictures, The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because their maintenance team is awesome

  TL:DR Cons - horrible roach problem, residents taking up guest parking, and inaccurate office hours. Pros - nice floor plans, generally reasonable pricing, nice staff The office ladies are very understanding when there was a domestic abuse problem, and did everything they could to help out, and the maintenance people are delight, tidy, and quick. Unfortunately, the buildings have a HORRIBLE roach problem. After 3 spraying for roaches and crickets, I'm seeing TONS of them all over the kitchen, and even saw one in my bedroom. There are also a TON of cars in the "guest" parking, who are there 90% of the time. There are only 20 spots, for all 4 buildings, and there's a POSTED RULE in front of the guest space, that states a limit of "Two Nights Per Week". I've had to park on the STREET when my roommate's guests come over, so they can use my parking pass. (technically against the law, but I never see anyone get towed) The office hours on the website and Google say it opens at 9 mondat-friday, but you can't actually GO THERE, because they say the "office doesn't open until 10:30". I went there, at 9, to complain about the aforementioned parking problem, and was turned away until 10:30, by which time I'll be on my way to work.
