  I applied here and was told my income didn't meet their 3x rent rule. Later, they denied my application, claiming "fraud" without explanation. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful when I asked for clarification. I also wasn't refunded my $250 fee despite their vague reasoning. I have been renting most of my adult life and this type of claim is first for me especially when I have full time job. Be cautions-this place feels unprofessional and unfair. If this being GOD saving you from nightmare of a landlord, I don't know what being saved by GOD from a nightmare of a landlord is truly!! Edit: I have also realized most of the "good" reviews are being done by current employees or someone from inside of the management team!!!! This is my reply for your reply of my post! The email you provided doesn't work. I've reached out multiple times with no response, as shown in the screenshot. As the manager of Provence, please refund my $250, which was taken under false pretenses of fair housing. I expect this to be resolved promptly that's if you're willing to help resolve things as you claimed in your post! If not, please stop replying back to my posts, which by the way is clear indication of how you, as a manger of Provence spend your working hours! Thank you for understanding.

  Been living here for a little over 4 years and since Shannon has left things just don’t get done in a timely manner. The elevator seems to always be broke or messing up in some way. Music from upstairs neighbors playing after hours. Flies coming from people’s apartment , the parking lots are full of white trucks. Just moved into a new unit and the tub feels like it’s going to cave in due to water seeking into a large scratch. It’s been more than 3 weeks and I’m still waiting on things to be fixed. Nothing gets done in a timely fashion any longer. People putting bags of trash in the garage little trash instead of taking it to the main trash where it go. A lot of new characters. Can’t wait until lease is up to leave.

  My AC went out. Frank was out within about an hour. I needed a new thermostat that he couldn't get until the next day. Frank was able to get it going until he could get the new one. He was back first thing the next morning. Thank you Frank, you're the best. Laura in 413

  My move in experience could not have been easier. I feel totally welcome. I’ve met two residents who have lived here for 8 and 10 years and couldn’t say enough nice things about the building and management. I’m very excited to be living here.
