  I am truly pleased with my apartment at Maven. The office staff is always friendly and polite even if I pass them in the halls. Maintenance requests have been handled as quickly as possible. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone seeking a pleasant place to live.

  My experience living here was not the greatest. I’ll start from when I moved into my unit. The freezer broke twice within a week of moving in. My food went bad since I didn’t notice till later on and was told everything was good to go. Then later on I found out they have a homeless issue. I’ve seen homeless people sleeping in the lobby where packages were picked up and in the parking lot. And I heard from some people that they were in the hallway right outside their door The apartment is dirty with clothing, food, pet waste, and other liquid substances. In some cases you can smell marijuana and just a terrible stench in the hallway. I’ve gotten emails about people having their dog pee and poop on the grass tarp that’s used for people. They never told me how to use the buzzer machine to let guest in and when I asked they just said they didn’t know. There was also a scenario where my AC unit was leaking water and the water got all over the floor when I wasn’t home. I had a cleaner bang their vaccum against my door at 3am cleaning the hallway. I’ve also experienced terrible management. I had to email them at least 2-3 times in order to email or get contact back with me. I got no instructions on the move out process until a few days or maybe a week before my actual move out date after a few emails later. They have sent emails regarding the issues but it never really solved much. People also don’t care if a spot is handicap or not. After an email saying don’t park in the handicap spot it was good for maybe a week then it was back for everyone to park there. So if you’re handicapped I would maybe choose a different place. There was also a big hole in the bathroom wall where the curtain rod for the shower goes which I found odd when they said they fixed the apartment. For the price I thought I was getting something average but the experience was not what they advertise

  I can't even stay at daughter's apartment... She constantly has to call the police on the upstairs neighbor for blaring TV, stomping and yelling when he has guests (which is almost daily). This has been going on for months and they still won't evict him. A miserably loud place to live with management that obviously doesn't have to live on site.
