One day we called a number of times and there was no answer, so I drove over to see if I could do a wellness check on her. I rang the buzzer to the office a number of times…no answer. Finally, one of the residents allowed me into the building. I turned the corner to check to see if the office was closed, and there was someone sitting at her desk…didn’t seem like she was busy. Why did she not answer the buzzer to the office? As it turned out, our friend was fine, thank goodness; but it could have been worse!

I then tried it again in August 29th and I am now still waiting for my deposit back as they denied my application which is fine but they are still holding my deposit until this day October 23. I wouldn't want to live here . Bc they are taking advantage of the elderly. Return my refund now. 0 stars from me.
