  We lived here for 2 years. We were one of the first people to move in, and this place is absolutely awful. I do not recommend ever thinking about living here. The time we lived there, we had more managers than i can count, and none of them would do anything to help. They dont answer their phone, they were out of the office most of the time, they wouldnt do anything to help. In our time here, we had the fire alarm go off 3 different times. The 3rd time someone knocked off the sprinkler head and the hallway flooded past the mail room. The next day they ripped up the carpet, and it was like that for about 3 months. The building was unsecured, people would just let others in, there were several shooting, one i was almost in the cross fire of, and there were homeless people that would sleep in the gym bathroom. For only being 3 years old, this place is absolutely horrible. DO NOT EVER TRY AND RENT HERE. I am personally waiting to hear how these lawsuits go

  Had a horrible experience. Filled out a application in February. No one never answered the phn so I had to go there every time to speak too some one. The 1st time I went up there I seen about 20 applications for only 2 apartments that they had available. They told me that they was working on my app and said I was missing one thing and I brought it right back. I should have got my money ordered then but I was so desperate to get this place. Was denied because didn't have enough credit which is Bs and was told I was getting mailed a check which I don't understand because I gave them a money order. I been waiting 2 weeks for that check and still nothing.

  The apartment is really nice. It's worth every penny. But management is horrible, like you are in an horror movie or a very bad nightmare. She is rude, unprofessional, vulgar, no manners at all, she screams at the tenants you can't get one sentence out cause she keeps interrupting you, she's loud, she talks over you, she's is just nasty. I don't know where they found her and why she still works there
