  I just want to leave a positive review for sonder house, the new front office staff is doing such an amazing job, Crystal and Tia are really doing their best to help the residents and turn the property around! Thank ya'll for doing the best you can for us!!

  The property manager Kristen is here to make the renters life a living hell she’s very disrespectful and prejudice, and talks to us like we’re two-year-olds she writes up fouls lease violations every since she’s been here there’s been nothing but problems I’ve been here for one and a half years and never had any problems until she moved in as manager. I’ve been here and they’ve had several different managers here and none of them was able to fix any problems of the living situation here I’ve been through four shoot out in the parking lot and two in the apartment building and one young ladies stabbed in the hallway And we have security on duty that didn’t see anything. My apartment windows were shot out my car, had bullets in them because my window was left out by accident overnight after one shooting so the police had my car under investigation and I couldn’t go to work that day the first three months I have lived here, my house was rained in from the apartment upstairs and destroyed all my brand new furniture and the property manager. Angie told me that there was nothing that they can do about it so I had to leave here with the water coming from my ceiling for three months because the maintenance man Tony was out because he hurt his self The building is a mess. It smells bad because they let their dogs poop in the hallway and the garage smells like an outhouse. You have homeless people sleeping in the hallway and the garbage rooms I’ve had over 25 fire alarm drills pulled in my building, the Property Manager and The elderly building stole over $50,000 from the seniors and the property owners was going to evict them so they had to have the news come out and report them. This is the worst place to stay really nice building, but really poor management and ownership.

  Do not waste your time or money here. Horrible management. I applied OVER 2 Weeks ago to move in for june 1st. It is may 31st and still haven't gotten a status update. Every time we call the office they never pick up. I had to walk into the office in person and they still said they "didn't have that info" but that someone will call me. Theyre giving us the run around. At this point I just want a denial letter and for them to refund my deposit so I can take it elsewhere.
