  Waited 20 min past our tour appointment scheduled at 2PM. We called several times and they didn’t pick up our call until 30 minutes past our scheduled time. Leasing agent said she was on another tour and didn’t have her phone on her but was patronizing when we expressed frustration over the 2PM scheduled time. We just would’ve appreciated a heads up that things were running behind schedule. Disorganized and poor communication.

  The staff here is extraordinary! I moved here from out of state about 9 months ago, and everyone has been nothing but welcoming and kind. The community is absolutely wonderful too. If and when the time comes for me a move, I’m definitely staying within Bigos properties. They’re management is like no other I’ve seen Also shoutouts to Alexis in the leasing office for being the one who helped us through the process got us here. She’s been the best of the best and I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent to help us out. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

  Probably the most complicated and difficult task I've ever seen for the Maintenance Crew and I've been living hear for almost a dozen years. Took Matt, the boss, several hours to diagnosis the problem and then solve the issues along with one assistant at times. Even postponed their lunch, to continue working. I'd approximate 10 work hours to complete successfully. Thankfully done. Deserve a raise or at least a bonus. Rick

  The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. They take pride in keeping the grounds and parking lots in good condition. However. I feel that there are a few upgrades that could be made to the inside of the apartments.
