  The staff here is extraordinary! I moved here from out of state about 9 months ago, and everyone has been nothing but welcoming and kind. The community is absolutely wonderful too. If and when the time comes for me a move, I’m definitely staying within Bigos properties. They’re management is like no other I’ve seen Also shoutouts to Alexis in the leasing office for being the one who helped us through the process got us here. She’s been the best of the best and I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent to help us out. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

  The way this place is managed is exceptional. We're so grateful to have management that's as on top of things & as good of communicators as the staff here is. They take ownership and have been incredibly gracious and accommodating in multiple different circumstances. Ben especially has been particularly gracious and patient, and has gone the extra mile to be helpful and explain things multiple times. Their maintenance team is the BEST (Shout out to Tron!) - super on top of things, always does a thorough job, & extremely great individuals. The office also hosts the NICEST, most pleasant, & truly creative monthly community events (free to residents - cookouts, bouquet making, artsy stuff, all kinds of things!) which is honestly the cutest thing ever, especially in 2025. Everything runs well (microwave is huge & oven has self-cleaning option!) & unit is pretty energy efficient. We especially appreciate the dog waste stands, trash chute, elevator, and package locker, & NO Smoking policy. Our unit is on a corner & has TWO balconies. 😍 1 underground parking space is included in the cost & the location is just fabulous (98th/ Old Shakopee is so quickly & well-maintained after each snowfall!). Lastly, their communication year round & plowing processes in winter are EXCELLENT. A lot of their policies have been a pleasant surprise. Paying $1600+ for 1k Sq. Ft 1st floor corner apt w/ in-unit laundry; utilities NOT included. Overall, we are super grateful for this place & how well it's managed. It's been worth the price & we hope it continues to be so well run.

  The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. They take pride in keeping the grounds and parking lots in good condition. However. I feel that there are a few upgrades that could be made to the inside of the apartments.
