  Lived here for almost a year and it's a solid place to live. The staff are super helpful and maintenance is very responsive. The rooms have very high ceilings and good space around. Common space is nice and the gym center in the center is functional and pleasant. Only thing I don't like are really more a consequence of the architect. The parking ramp is on one side so depending on where your apartment is located, trash and indoor parking will be a bit of a walk on a regular basis.

  I've enjoyed my time here over the last few months: the gym is nice & clean, the area is ideal, and the front office team & maintenance team have been quick to address issues and are very helpful. There is a bit of a smell in the side hallways and sometimes in my apartment, possibly for smells traveling in enclosed spaces (like every food mixed together type smell). I bought a small air filter and have noticed an improvement in my home, and only run it a couple times a week. For anyone that's on the shorter side, note that the ceilings are high, meaning door frames and most cabinet space is as well. I had to get a step ladder to reach the second shelf of my kitchen cabinets and can't use any of my door overhangs due to the height difference.

  We have lived here for 3 years and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. When we first moved in, many promises were made by management that have not been followed through on. Storage units are overpriced, and the monthly bill is full of added fees. If rent is even one day late, there is an automatic 10% late fee, which feels very excessive. During a time when I lost my job, my husband and I struggled to afford rent and couldn’t move elsewhere, yet the building offered no support or flexibility. We were even charged for a pet-related accident after being told we wouldn’t be, which felt dishonest and unfair. Overall, this company does not treat long-term tenants with respect. After three years here, we’re eager to move out and cannot recommend this building to others. Be cautious before signing a lease.

  Overall Luxembourg was not a terrible place to live. Nice location, very quiet area, beautiful units, nice pools, great gym, convenient location for shopping and 494 access. The last 3 months it felt like there was less focus on the cleanliness of the building. Hallway floors and common areas weren’t as clean as the previous months we were there. The site also has size requirement for dogs that seemed to fall by the wayside. We complained about the dogs that lived above us because he was larger than what the building said would be approved, and it was hard to live in a unit with what sounded like a horse above you. We go no response to the multiple emails we sent. We had a maintenance request that was open for almost 6 - 8 months for our bathroom exhaust fan. It wasn’t a big deal but worth mentioning. The front office staff were very good people to work with. Jordan was always a pleasure to work with. At times you could see where the corporate folks would slow things up from a onboard and off boarding perspective. Lastly, the reason I rank this complex as low as I did is because as we were leaving, and transferring our lease the final month we were there, it was a nightmare working with the woman at corporate, who does the communications for past residents. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, to the point we were going back and forth because she wouldn’t stop yelling in the phone. For the sake of trying to get an accurate and honest update on our lease termination I had to continue to work with her. Cheryl might be her name. I hope if you decide to look at this apartment that you understand that it is ran by a corporate entity and a management company. so the site staff can assist but you’ll have to deal with people like Cheryl at some point.
